A leading manufacturer of optical components
asked Watring Technologies to automate their production process.
Their existing set up involved a process where only one component
could be cast at a time. We designed, built and installed
an automatic processing furnace which could melt, pour, cast,
and post anneal their product. This increased the quality
and production rate of their material.
