Watring Technologies, Inc. was contacted
by an inventor of a next-generation structural material for
industrial and aerospace applications. They wanted to scale
up their R&D operation to manufacture the advanced material
on a commercial scale. We developed a Simulator for this process,
and used the Simulator to optimize the batch processing furnace
required to meet their thermal requirements and production
rates. We then designed, built, fabricated, tested, and installed
the furnace in their facilities. This furnace has allowed
our client to meet their production rates.
